The Boulevard of Chicago is pleased to welcome Beth Dlouhy, LCSW, MA, as Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the organization in June 2026, Beth has quickly become a valued member of our leadership team, bringing more than two decades of experience in nonprofit management, behavioral health, and social services.

Throughout her career, Beth has led organizational strategy, operations, and performance improvement initiatives, helping organizations strengthen their systems, build effective teams, and navigate an evolving service landscape. Grounded in a commitment to social justice, she believes effective programs are shaped by the voices and needs of the communities they serve.

Beth's experience in organizational leadership, social work, and behavioral health aligns closely with The Boulevard's holistic, client-centered approach. She understands that addressing homelessness requires more than meeting immediate needs. It requires building systems that promote health, stability, and long-term well-being. As Chief Operating Officer, Beth will help strengthen organizational operations, support staff, and guide The Boulevard's continued growth and impact across Chicago.
