Having worked in social services since 2001, Richard Ducatenzeiler is committed to exceptional leadership and comes to The Boulevard of Chicago with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in human services and housing development. He recently served as the Executive Director of Franciscan Outreach and prior to that served as the Executive Director of North Side Housing and Supportive Services. As a Chicago native, he is committed to serving our city’s most vulnerable residents and making an impact toward ending homelessness in Chicago. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Continuum of Care, Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and PCC Community Wellness Center and worked on the creation of the city’s original Plan to End Homelessness in 2002.

Christy is the former Managing Director, Control Officer Executive of Commercial Bank Oversight & Control for JPMorganChase in Chicago. She has an active record of Community Service, working as a Mentor for The Fellowship Initiative, and as an Executive Sponsor of WIN, Women's Interactive Network in Chicago. Christy holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Mark Bourdenko is a Principal with The Chartis Group. At Chartis, Mark has served leading healthcare organizations across a range of strategic planning initiatives in topics such as value-based care, partnerships, post-acute care, and community health equity. Mark is a South Side resident, and has been involved with the city’s nonprofit and community-based organizations in a number of professional and volunteer roles. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a BA in economics and political science from the University of Chicago.

Originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, Brit currently works as Vice President of Global Logistics and Fulfillment of Away, a travel lifestyle brand. He has held leadership and managerial roles in varied environments including corporate, field operations, nonprofits, and academia. Brit holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a graduate degree from DePaul University. Brit brings experience working with homelessness initiatives and other philanthropic efforts in Chicagoland and southeastern Wisconsin.

Sarah is a Senior Presidential Scheduling Manager with the American Bar Association, where she provides counsel and support to the presidential officers of the ABA. She earned a B.A. from Marshall University’s W. Page Pitt School of Journalism & Mass Communications, and is also involved with the Delta Zeta Chicago Alumnae Chapter and Tree House Humane Society.  

Dr. Anne Clancy currently leads a strategy team at T-Mobile for Education. She is a leader and advocate for access and equity in healthcare, education, and employment. Anne has held executive leadership positions in healthcare non profits and higher education, as well as served on boards for education and social service organizations. Dr. Clancy holds a Masters of Business Administration in Public and non-profit management and a doctorate in organizational leadership.

Patricia is an independent healthcare strategist focused on driving healthcare program innovation through strategy and analytics. She is currently a Qualitative Practice Lead Manager at IQVIA. Previously, she served as the Director, Provider Insights and Experience with UnitedHealthcare. She brings a demonstrated record of healthcare-specific research and marketing experience to The Boulevard. She holds a MBA, Marketing, from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Nancy is one of the founders of The Boulevard. She served on the original steering committee and the first Board of Directors; Chairing the Board of Directors from 1998-2002 and completing her Board term in 2004. She received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois-Chicago and holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Iowa and the University of Charleston (W. VA).

Deana, a Chicago native and real estate executive, has led global and domestic transformative business initiatives and strategic projects for high-profile clients and multi-national corporations throughout her career. She has worked with a number of organizations across industries, including technology, financial services, insurance, consumer goods, public sector, and non-profit, among others. Dedicated to serving the community, Deana serves on the board of several local non-profits focused on homelessness and affordable housing. She earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brian King a person of lived experience; he brings an important perspective and input to The Boulevard of Chicago's Board of Directors. 

Ania Labno is a Director at KKR Capstone. She has worked across all health care sectors with a strong focus on payer/provider, value-based care, outcomes improvement, and analytics and digital-driven innovation. She has supported both commercial and public sector healthcare innovation and is passionate about addressing social determinants of health to ensure every person realizes the best possible outcome.

Sharon Langshur, M.D. is a Research Project Coordinator at Northwestern Medicine (NM), bringing an extensive background as a healthcare provider and entrepreneur to her work. 

She joined NM in the Center for Community Health to coordinate a research project focused on identifying individuals experiencing homelessness in ambulatory healthcare settings across Chicago.

Prior to her position at NM, she was an Operating Partner with Abundant Venture Partners, a venture creation firm that leverages digital technology to improve the delivery of healthcare. She joined Abundant Venture Partners at its founding in 2011 and served as COO for several years, overseeing holding company functions and engaging with portfolio companies in operating and governance roles.

Before her entrepreneurial work, Dr. Langshur was a physician undergoing pediatric residency training at Northwestern University. Her medical training was completed at the University of Connecticut, and she holds an M.S. in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University.

Dr. Milbrook has more than 20 years of clinical experience with adults, families and youth in various settings. Dr. Milbrook currently serves as Chief Program Officer at Youth Guidance, a youth serving organization that believes no matter what challenges a young person faces, they are more likely to succeed when they have many caring adults in their lives. Youth Guidance’s highly trained staff works directly with schools, parents and families to meet kids where they are—physically within schools, socially and emotionally—and help them break cycles of violence, overcome life and academic obstacles, make positive choices, and remain on the right path towards life success. In addition to that, Dr. Milbrook teaches adjunct at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, provides consulting services, and sees clients in a network practice.

Dr. Chantel M. Moore is a Quality Practice Manager at the Society of Vascular Surgery, focusing on the physician practice portfolio. She has more than 14-years of healthcare experience in accreditation, quality improvement, and research. Dr. Moore earned a BA in International Business from North Central College; Master of Management in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University; and a PhD in Values Driven Leadership from Benedictine University.

Bishan Nandy is a Director in Hospital Administration at University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences. He has over 15 years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, large scale program management, capital planning, health innovations and analytics. He is also part of the senior leadership teams at various healthcare and education related non-profit organizations in the US and in India. He holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelors in Engineering from Jadavpur University.

Lynne Perryman is a dedicated advocate for community service with a passion for making a positive impact on lives of others. With a robust background in finance and a commitment to social causes, Lynne has become a member of The Boulevard's Board of Directors.

Lynne brings a wealth of experience from JPMorgan Chase, where she contributed her financial expertise to drive positive change. Beyond her professional achievements, Lynne has demonstrated a profound commitment to service the LGBTQ community through her active involvement in nonprofit organizations. Having served on LGBTQ nonprofit boards, Lynne has been a tireless advocate for inclusivity and equal rights.

Lynne embodies the values of education and empowerment. This commitment extends to her work within our homeless shelter, where she works towards creating a supportive and inclusive environment for those in need.

Maureen Pike is the Director of Social and Clinical Care Integration at Trinity Health, a national health system committed to serving those experiencing poverty and other vulnerabilities. She has strategically integrated health care and community-based social service organizations to meet the needs of vulnerable populations and to support evolving health care business imperatives on local and national levels. Prior to joining Trinity Health, she was a Director of Evidence-Based Health Initiatives at the YMCA of the USA, supporting YMCAs across the country to scale and sustain health programs and partnerships. She holds a MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BSN from Kent State University College of Nursing.

Anais Fuentes, Director of Medical Respite Care, has more than ten years of experience working for non-profit organizations and vulnerable populations. She began working at The Boulevard in 2017 and has been promoted thrice during her tenure. Previously, Anais worked as a mental health professional for Pilsen Wellness Center. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global.

Areanda Robinson, LSW, Director of Health and Housing Services, has over 20 years of experience in social services. Areanda earned a Master of Social Work from Chicago State University with a concentration in Administration and Program Evaluation. She started her career at The Boulevard as a case manager in 2002 and was promoted to manager with responsibility for meeting all Ryan White program requirements in 2019. As Director of Health and Housing Services, she will lead her team through major transition and growth in the coming year. She values compassion and empathy while also ensuring excellence in care delivery. She thrives in her work with ample opportunities for trust-building, mutual learning, and collaboration.

Barbara "Barb" Moore, Human Resources Manager, joined The Boulevard of Chicago in September 2024. Barb considers herself a versatile HR professional who consistently maintains a "people-first" mindset. With over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition across the consulting, non-profit, and technology sectors, Barb brings a strategic and comprehensive approach to organizations. She is dedicated to driving organizational growth, championing diversity and equity, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and fostering an exceptional workplace culture.

Kathleen Recchia, MS, Chief Program Officer, began working with The Boulevard in August 2023. She believes that "the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" (Gandhi). Kathleen is a driven operations improver, team motivator, & diversity & inclusion embracer with more than 17 years of combined experience creating innovative and sustainable programs for nonprofit organizations serving patients and families in healthcare settings, as well as early intervention and child welfare services. She describes herself as a visionary in identifying key management strategies that optimize internal efficiency/effectiveness and promote expansion of client-focused services and has extensive experience expanding volunteer programs.

Nicole Langston, LCSW, Director of Clinical Services, joined The Boulevard in December 2021 and has been promoted twice during her tenure. Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an extensive managerial background in the following fields: mental health support, residential treatment, and child welfare services. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate and steadfast in strategic planning and the execution of coordinated programs that are aimed at addressing poverty, domestic violence, child abuse, criminal justice, social inequity, educational disparities, early childhood development, mental health, and the needs of aging populations.

Sydney Edens, Development Manager, joined The Boulevard’s staff in March 2021. Prior to coming to The Boulevard, Sydney worked as an Account Executive at Lukas Partners, where she executed public relations strategies for a variety of clients. She received a B.S. in Communication from the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Juan Guzman, IT Specialist, joined The Boulevard's staff in November 2021. Juan, a solutionist by nature, has worked in the IT field for 7+ years, with experience in IT administration, IT operations, and technical support. Prior to coming to The Boulevard, Juan worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Ulta Beauty, Morton Salt, and Northwest Insurance.

Rebecca Thompson, Executive Assistant, began working at The Boulevard in April 2024. Having family who lived in Chicago and being a Chicago-suburbs native herself, Rebecca has always been very strong in her love for this city. Before joining The Boulevard, she worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of ZndLr Homes, a property management company based out of Chattanooga. She looks forward to applying her love for this city to the compassionate and important work The Boulevard does for those in need! Rebecca received her Bachelor's degree from Ball State University.
