Our housing advocacy team works tirelessly to locate stable housing for our clients. We have developed strong working relationships with multiple permanent supportive housing programs and private landlords and are abreast of affordable housing area properties. In addition, our Health and Housing Outreach Team provides a continuum of care through home visits, counseling and support for individuals placed in independent housing.
